Hi...back to blog...today went to work...went pbtp quite happy one...cause working with mummy...so happy that it was raining then can wear a jacket to cover the delifrance logo on my uniform...if not I have to wear home clothes after that change there...later it stopped raining when I at the bus stop,so damn hot man...take it off,put it in my bag...waste my time and effort...then the stupid bus refuse to come after lyk 20 mins,what made me piss off was that when come it was a single deck...on my way there(not even halfway) then mummy sms me say vincent(area manager) there...I wanted to laugh lar...don't know why so "lucky"...when I reach there it was still ok...then mas ask me and aini go to hatta...that's where the incident happen...on the 19th of march at the evening...got this ang moh complain to the ***...(sorry,can't name the place)then after that vincent go and ask us about the incident cause this guy on that day say that he didn't have that item then item void...but the thing I am confuse about is that if he paid the correct amount then what the point of complain?if he paid the wrong amount then I have nothing to say...cause his bill got item void so surely we have amended the bill so what for complain...then vincent keep saying he paid for $4.20 which i don't understand where it comes from...so it is very confusing...I remember very little things only...then vincent was like how come so short ago cannot remember...in my mind I was that it ws last monday leh not this leh...it almost 2 weeks liao how to remember...but I understand how serious it is...he say that if we don't give *** a satisfied answer,it may blow up then appear in the papers and stuffs...the $4.20 not worth it for Delifrance's reputation,right?so this incident is very complicating...there is loads of "why" in my head now...somemore that time wuite busy...so quite hard to remember...sometimes I don't understand people you know?so educated for what,only know how to complain when unhappy...ass sia...what that's the price to pay for being in the F&B business...after that I quite shaken for about 1/2 an hour don't know what I am doing...o then abt 6 plus saw Mr Lok from Kent Ridge came in luckily never serve him later he remember me...once I accidentally go his class instead of Mr Tang one...so pai sae for that whole hour...haha...mummy asked me whether see the country's manager before then I ws like no...then she say you will see her later...then at about 9 plus the country's manager and carol came in I was like wah so heng sia...next time should buy 4D...haha...bombshell after bombshell...can't believe it...then make cappucino and camolmile tea then mummy ask me go serve the drinks...I was like that ws the last thing I wanted to do...then went to serve them the drinks...it was a long walk man cause they sit at the far end...when I place the drinks down,my hand a bit shaking,then they try pronounce my name...then when I serve finish then they say must look at the customers when serving don't look down...then I said ok ok then said Thank You...didn't know why I said that but I felt at that time it was appropriate but now thinking back like not very hor or not even appropriate...haha...but they said Thank You too then I walked away...walking back to the counter I was thinking,got so many things to do so don't know what to do first,for example serve the drinks or should I look at my name tag or not or say what is the drink or smile or look at them first...then must say enjoy your drinks(but I didn't say...opps...haha...)then also must make sure handle and cookies is on their right side (actually when I was walking to them I was like shit never adjust properly the handle and cookie so then easier to put down,then I was like forget it man...)and stuffs,somemore I was nervous at that time...when they pronouncing my name my face was suddenly got a rush of blood felt so hot suddenly...haha...I don't know whether is pai sae or nervous...haha...when I went back mummy ask me how was it...then when she ask me I felt like just finish exam then people ask me how was it...then also know what is the reason mummy don't want to serve...haha...anyway,cause they come then closing have to be pushed back...wah later siao lor everything all rush...last time when I saw carol tirst I felt she was like she was a president bit**...but after that when she talk to me I felt she was really nice...then the country manager I thought she ws a president bit** too but end up really nice...so moral of the story of never judge a book by it's cover...I also thought they coming for dinner then will be a group of them...but only twoso heng sia...somemore today a lot of things don't have...then when closing mummy a bit piss but don't know why...maybe at the end a lot of mistakes made?o she gave me a handphone strap really nice...like it a lot...haha...anyway gtg now...tomorrow still need to work...better go sleep now...bye...good nitez...see ya soon... =\
