A beginning of the end...

Hi...long time no see...today the long awaited phone call finally arrived...the delifrance people called me say on wednesday go collect my application then go to the HQ...at last found something to do so will not rot...haha...maybe it is not as good as I think...as those work stress,people you are working with and complain customers...guess it is all part of life...so brace myself...going for a roller coaster ride...anyway about that time the interview it was better than the last...the area manager was so much better than the other one...so was quite nice so can talk to...gtg now...bye...hope to keep in touch with you all soon...hope the working situation is good...good luck to me...haiz...haha...see ya for now... =)

Yo...yesterday went for a countdown...a bit lame huh?haha...actually planned to go to harbourfront to eat then in the end went to vivo to eat long john silver...then wendy clock like 4 mins faster than mine and mine was 1 min faster then PJ...so our countdown really was at different time...haha...before we sat down to eat then saw yuji,gerard and yong kiang...haha...at first I still blurr then yuji beside me,then PJ tapped my shoulder after that I found out he was there...so blurr right?then went home...so thats about all...then today just woke up...and it is Christmas but will not be expecting any presents under the tree cause 1)I don't have a tree and 2) my family don't celebrate Christmas...haha...anyway gtg now...meeting PJ and Wendy later...hope the interview goes well...wish me luck...I now damn scared...argh!!!ok bb then...see ya... =

Hello...just now Wendy ask me to go down for an interview then wanted to try for coffee bean first...cause she say the higher rank boss is there say those want come interview then come at three...but another reason is also I a bit lazy...I damn freaking scared can't be employed in coffee bean then will be back to square one...haiz...I'll be nag at if I don't I get a job...maybe I did make a wrong choice in not going maybe that time the manager did not like me but maybe this higher rank boss will...okok...guess enough of the worrying...o let me tell you why I think I will not be employed on the previous interview in Delifrance...cause I forget to bring my IC...then say don't know what must be responsible and stuff...then I say I scared lost and stuff...then he say what if police catch you on the street then no IC,they will just bring you back to the police station and don't know talk what crap else...so BAD impression right?haha...not evereyone bring their IC around everytime lor...so guess no job liao...coffee bean I also don't know whether they will want me this kind of person or not...anyway going out with PJ and Wendy for Christmas Countdown so hope can cheer up by then...so think have to comfort myself like that first ba...happy Christmas eve....gtg now...bb...see ya...

Ta-Da!!!This the Tang Yuan...the salty version...

This is one of the sweet version of Tang Yuan;in ginger soup...

Hey...back to blog...at last feeling a bit better...btw today is Dong Zhi (Winter Solstice Festival),a small introduction is this festival is really really very important to the cantonese people(more important than chinese new year)...people eat glutinous rice balls (tang yuan) in soup to represent reunion of family...also paying our respets to our ancestors is important too...went to grandma to eat suddenly the food felt so delicious to me...okok leet me tell you what is there:roast pork,stewed mushrooms,poached chicken,stir-fried vermicelli,abalone and soup...so great at last can eat real food,these few days been eat fruits only cause if I eat normal food will feel like puking...haiz...anyway today is going to be over so I should celebrate right...haha...okok if you don't know what tang yuan is I will show you some pictures of it...haha...gtg now...bye bye...HAPPY WINTER SOLSTICE FESTIVAL everyone!!!see ya soon... =)

Hey...back to blog...this entry is going to be a short one,cause not feeling really well...yesterday went out with pei jie and yilin to take neoprints...started as stomach pain then become diarrhoea...puke later in the night...then in the early morning puke again,could not sleep...then had a fever now...just now it is 38.8 degree C...gtg now...talk about my interview at delifrance later...bye for now...see ya... =(

Hello ppl...recently just came back from taiwan...was kind of bitter sweet...the trip was really fun...what made it better was the people...haha....love it loads...ok let me fill you in day by day...

DAY 1, 5 Dec 06
Landed in Taipei,first went to see these rocks shaped like mushrooms which kind of suck,cause let me tell you it looked nothing like mushrooms...then after that we were kind of in the mountain then our bus was stuck in the a small alley one wheel was in the drain...but with the great skills of our ex fighter pilot driver we manage to get out of there...which he gained loads of respect from him...then went to 'jiu fen' the food there was suuuuuuuuperb...ate the mochi,meatballs,ice cream and parsley wrapped in pohpiah skin (sounds weird but damn goooood...) then had some flourballs with red bean soup it was great I tell you...for dinner had the 'ma la' steamboat which was BAD,one side of the grill was spoil and the food was fatty and gross but I guess it was the opposite for our parents they kind of like the food...haha...the hotel we went to was really bad...believe me it was reallly BAD...it was really creepy it was very dark only lit by those green exit lights,guess you can picture it already right?then what made it worse,my room was at the staircase:it was pitch black lit by those errie green lights...whatsmore my room number was '1313'...In the night I couldn't sleep woke up every hour was anxiously waiting for dawn...then about 3-4 plus the strange thing happened...couldn't sleep so read a book then suddenly at the corner of my eye saw something black in the mirror flash pass...I was like "FUCK!!!you're kidding me right..."then thought ok it was my imagination then went to read my book again then it happen again...shut my book quickly then went back to sleep...

DAY 2, 6 Dec 06
Breakfast was bad...then went to one of the Song Sisters' (Song Mei Ling) house took some pictures then went back onto the bus and went to lunch at the '5 jiao chuan ban' the food there was great especially the butter milk mochi...ok moving on...then check into our hotel to rest then went to the amusement park beside it...sat the short but thrilling roller coaster and the turbo drop which I fell off my seat for a split second which was fun...had dinner in the chinese restaurant the food was not bad...then in the night went to sing KTV and watched a magic show...the hotel room was great was really cosy and a window to look out in the hotel premises...

DAY 3, 7 Dec 06
Of course,had breakfast...it was so much better than yesterday but did not have enough time to eat...haiz...they had black soy milk too...cool right?took the bus down to kao xiong...then went to the dragon-tiger pagoda...then after lunch went to this pearl place which sold pearls...also had a teaspoon of pearl powder to sample...it tasted very metallic...the sales people there were really bad they push you really hard to buy the pearl jewellery...but the presenter of the pearl place was really funny,nice and not forgeting beautiful...look like one Hong Kong actress...guess its the pearl powder...haha...then went to shop a bit at some pasa malam(forget the name liao)...then went to a night market to eat sesame mian xian,dan zai noddles,taiwan-style bak ku teh,hot chin chow,bbq wild mushroom,meat bun and ice cream...mmm...went back hotel to rest then was kind of abandon in the hotel cause wanted to go out to walk around but everyone left except my cousin,2nd aunt and me....then we went alone...halfway met each other then went back together...

DAY 4, 8 Dec 06
Breakfast was fine...today were kind of boring as we sat for about 7 hours in the bus to hua lian...it was bad so many up and down...which I was almost on the verge to puke...we stopped over for lunch we had a bento set...it was Deeeelicious...then in the night had this 'shan di' feast which was bad...the soup tasted like hot water and the chicken was really fatty whatsmore it was swimming in oil...anyway moving on...we went to buy some fruits for consumption during the tribal dance...then went to the hotel which had the tribal theme...in the night we went to do some shopping...the road were bad it was not blocked up so when you are walking halfway,a motorcycle will zoom pass you...the air was bad...but the 'xiao long bao' we ate made up for everything...it was the best beating Singapore hands down...went back to the hotel to rest as it was about 11 plus...

DAY 5, 9 Dec 06
After breakfast we had a trip into the mountains which was great...the view was very nice...and can you believe that the water is not water but limewater...and saw two large white jade rocks...then went to the jade factory to see how jade is being cut and stuff...then went to e shop to buy things...I bought a tiger-eye laughing buddha...then had lunch...then sat a train back to Taipei,if we took a bus it would be very torturing...susprisingly the ride was ok not so bad...then headed to Taipei 101...we was there for a really short time...then saw some people in the open space protesting...then moved on to the mountains for the hot spring before that we had this flowery dinner...we was not bad...love the rice the best...haha...the hot spring I didn't go cause it was kind of in a bad state so I didn't go...then went back to the room to eat instant noodles which was great...so much better than the ones in Singapore...then went to sleep...

DAY 6, 10 Dec 06
Breakfast was not bad...today is the day of excitement...went to see the Grand Hotel which was really big...took some pictures with the taiwanese guards too then moved on to this place which sold wild honey,royal jelly and wild lingzhi...bought nothing from there as it was way too ex...then had some 'Feng Li Su' and 'Lu Dou Gao' my mum bought so much that they had to put it in a shipment box...so pai sae...haha...then went to Xi Men Ding which was a haven for me...bought quite a lot of things...haha...ate the mee suan there too...there was this guy was singing pretending to be a superstar,the tour guide told us not to take picture of him or not he will follow us back to the bus...if you don't know what I am talking about...HE IS MAD!!!haha...then anyway went to this shop which sell this 'tien lu' which they sold these jade 'tien lu' for lots of $$$...i tell you its daylight robbery...for this thin and small piece of jade made in the shape of the 'tien lu' cost $190..if it was $50 I would have consider but not $190...anyway in the night went to Shi Lin Night Market...it was Sunday so there were tons and tons of people...wanted to look at clothes but the clothes alley you couldn't even walk so turn back...eat the XXL fried chicken chop and the BBQ squid...really good...wanted to eat the 'ou jian' there but already had so much food...so went back to the hotel...my cousins and I went to the bar to have a drink...the alley of bars were really sleazy...but went into that one which was not so bad...after that had a drop too much was so uncomfortable that I have to puke...so moral of the story: don't drink too much...haha...

DAY 7, 11 Dec 06
Last and final day...haiz..a bit sad that we are leaving...bought a bit of instant noodles...tell you its really great...anyway in the airport so coincidence that I saw Wei Xin from 4E6 just sitting 1 chair away from me...talk about freaky...haha...anyway on the plane so unlucky that my pillow had puke on it...so gross...then the air steward change my pillow to one that the business class use one (made of silk)...so cool...and for desert had a small cup of haagen dazs vanilla ice cream so good right?when I saw it on the menu I thought it was fake cause like how to keep the ice cream cold in the plane,maybe they kept it outside the plane which was -43 degree C,in the middle of my meal it came...haha...but at the beginning it was rock hard couldn't even eat it with a plastic spoon...so after a while I was able to eat it...anyway our plane landed in Singapore airport T2 at 6.10pm...I guess that sums up my trip to Taiwan 2006...gtg now...bb...see ya... =)

Hi came back to blog...wah...today is really hot even the wind that is blowing is also warm...can't stand it anymore want to go to the ends of the earth to cool myself down...argh,can't stand it anymore...this kind of day I guess it good for going to the beach for a tan or stay at home,on the air-con and just drift into the unknown...if you do not know me I am the kind that like stoning in other words day dreaming...the best is to sleep...wis I have found a job at least earning some $$$ than laying around nothing to do...but the drive to find a job have kind of died...haiz...how later I just start decomposing at home...hols after the 'O's always seems so inviting but when it is here it is so boring...went to starbucks to apply for a job but still have not called guess that one down and when to 7-11 to apply said had to be 18 and above...want to go coffee club and apply but no one to go with...ARGH!!!I can't take it anymore...I hope there is an end to this (meaning:hoping can find a job that I like doing)...o btw bags all packed goin in less than a day time...anyway gtg now...continue my rotting process until I go overseas...bb...see ya... =)

Hey...Two more days before going overseas...kind of feeling 50:50,happy:neutral...ok let me tell you what is happy about it...of course happy about going overseas,able to experience other country's culture and buy loads loads of things...haha...now about the neutral part...first is that going with the whole family but as you know the family rivalry thingy but luckily hope it will not be trigger during the trip...second would be also going with grandma so it is a bit difficult (not to be rude or anything) cause recently don't know why got some language barrier,when I speak to her she thought I speaking in Chinese mix with English or Cantonese but the fact is I speaking in pure Chinese...so scared cannot communicate with her then she will be bored...also only 3 guys going from my family then I have to partially take care of her right?so I scared can't do a good job and also a bit scared of her cause when she unhappy then if say me or someone,I guess its the worst feeling in the world...can really spoil your mood...if you get what I mean...[so sorry for saying all this crap...:(] ...but 95% of the time she is really nice...believe me...she is like the person I most admire...somemore long time never go overseas with such a big group,think it had been 5-7 years?thridly,this a bit of a sudden decision of going overseas so did not save lots of money to spend there and not enough excitement bulid up yet to let it all go there...haha...guess it is a bit lame but true...lots of things to do before leaving...thought of leaving a bit shorter-than-neck hair, whenever discuss it with my mum then if later talk too much then get scolded...but after saying so long she still say NO!!!say I cannot maintain it,look like a girl,look very messy,don't suit me and my hair at the back flips put as it grow so not nice...haiz...so ma fan...I guess it not really suited for me...somemore need go find job then not acceptable then so hard to find...walau!!!so many things to do this hols...anyway got to do more preparation to do so gtg now...fill you in more in 1 week time...see you in a week...bb...write soon... =0
